Create a local project the first time you open the app and start recording. No sign-up, no project code, no API key. Everything stays on your device until you choose to share it.

EXPORT AND SHARE

Export a project's samples as CSV or JSON and send them anywhere with the standard share sheet — save to Files, email them to your lab, or open them in a spreadsheet. CSV gives the lab the columns it expects; JSON keeps every field.

FAST SAMPLE ENTRY

Record everything you need at the point of collection — kit ID, site name, sample type, quantity, unit, GPS coordinates, collection date, collector name, and notes. Use the QR code scanner to prefill sample details directly from printed kit labels, saving time and eliminating transcription errors.

GPS CAPTURE

Capture your location with a single tap. GPS coordinates are recorded with each sample, giving you an accurate spatial record of every collection event.

Keep separate projects on one device and switch between them instantly, each with its own samples.

SORT, COPY & MANAGE

Sort your sample list by date, kit ID, site name, or sample type. Copy an existing record to quickly create replicates with an automatically incremented replicate number. Select and delete multiple records at once.

TEAM SYNC FOR ENVIRODNA PROJECTS (OPTIONAL)

If your organisation runs a project on the EnviroDNA platform, sign in to it with the project code and API key from your project administrator, or scan their QR code. Your samples then sync to your team's shared cloud workspace, and you can pull in samples collected by others. Local unsynced edits are always preserved.
